Our geographical scope
PARM Horizon 2 currently focuses on sub-Saharan Africa, however, it may expand its geographical scope to other regions in response to the new global needs and donors’ priorities.
PARM Horizon 2 target countries include: Burkina Faso, Burundi, Ethiopia, Ghana, Madagascar, Niger, Senegal and Tunisia.
Selection criteria
The main criteria for selecting target countries are based on:
- the presence of agricultural risks and the need/demand to integrate the holistic approach to ARM;
- official commitment from the government and strategic partners;
- the presence of (or interest to develop) policies, programs and strategies on ARM.
