The Platform for Agricultural Risk Management (PARM) is calling for applications from qualified consultants for the position of Team Leader / Project Design Specialist. The consultant will provide technical leadership and coordination of a team of experts to support the PARM Secretariat and country stakeholders in preparation of a project design.
