The collaboration between PARM and the Government of Senegal through the Department of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty, and Livestock (MASAE, French acronym) started in 2014 during PARM Horizon 1 and was protracted in 2019 for PARM Horizon 2 which led to the development of an investment project design, the Agricultural Risk Management Project for Sustainable Agriculture (PGRAAD, French acronym).
