The PARM Process debuted in the country in November 2022 after the Burundian Government, through the Ministry of Environment, Agriculture & Livestock, expressed its interest to receive the technical assistance of PARM to support the country in its efforts to mitigate, transfer and adapt to agricultural risks. This collaboration resulted in the development of the Agricultural Risk Management for Inclusive Development and Resilience (GRADIR) project.
