This report provides the main results obtained by PARM throughout the year 2020. In light of the pandemic’s knock-on effects, the Secretariat took immediate steps to find alternative ways to ensure the PARM’s business continuity by adapting its activities and timelines, and ensuring that the programme remains responsive to the emerging needs and risk factors of its partners in the medium-long term.
This report highlights the significant achievements in 2020 and positive expectations for 2021 vis-à-vis the concerns raised by COVID-19 in the previous year. It focuses on partnerships, knowledge management, capacity development, and country level activities.
