PARM was launched in December 2013, and the immediate succeeding year was an exciting experience as PARM established its secretariat at the IFAD headquarters in Rome, Italy, signed implementation partnership agreement with NEPAD and kicked-off its engagement with the Steering and Advisory Committees.
PARM also saw successes in developing and finalizing a communications/KM strategy, which paved way for several studies to be contracted including the study on “Appropriate Warehousing and Collateral Management Systems in sub-Saharan Africa and Madagascar”.
