PARM works with the government of Ghana through the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (MoFA), since June 2023, to strengthen the country’s resilience capacity to manage agricultural risk management (ARM) into policies, institutional capacities, and investments in the country’s sustainable development.
Results of PARM’s support in Ghana include among others: (i) the formulation of the GhARM investment project; (ii) the conduct of capacity development – training of trainers’ workshop; (iii) several design activities which were organized to benefit contributions from local stakeholders; as well as (iv) consultation of technical and financial partners for the mobilization of resources and partnerships for the Ghana Agricultural Risk Management Programme (GhARM).
