This report presents the outcomes from a policy dialogue workshop in Cabo Verde organized by PARM and its country partners on the 10th May 2018. Specifically, the workshop aimed at presenting the findings from the feasibility studies on strengthening the cooperative system better connected to the private and public market launched by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Environment (MAA) and with the support of PARM-NEPAD. The workshop also welcomed stakeholders to discuss the opportunities to invest and mainstream this feasible ARM tool in the coming years.
